Problem to join PS server

SOMETIMES, when I want to join germancrysis.com PS, like now, happend this:
You can read an error (I cant upload photo, is so big -.-)

-> In spanish: Ha habido un error en la autentificación del servidor. (3)

Please help me, thx.

It means, that there currently is another player on this server using the same CD key as you. So you either have to wait, until the other player leaves or buy the game to get a unique key.
