Windows 10 and CIA work together ?

Post by embak » Tue 4. Aug 2015, 16:49

Quoted from a post on YouTube:

Microsoft Privacy Statement (License Agreement): ... fault.aspx

"Finally, we will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to: 1.comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies;"

Enjoy your 'free' copy. The only cost are your rights. So much for the 4th ammendment of the US Constitution: "You have the right to be free from illegal search and seizures". But that only applies to government agencies. By agreeing to install Windows 10, you're bascially agreeing to a contract to give away your privacy rights to a corporation, which in turn can do whatever they want with this information. Got enough faith in this so called 'good faith belief' ???"

You might as well live in a glass house, and have the world watch you take a crap in the 'privacy' of your own home.

But hey... it's still a 'cool' OS right ?
